Ricker, Atkinson, McBee, Morman & Associates is a full-service geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing firm headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. The firm was incorporated in the State of Arizona in 1994. RAMM, Inc. is a small business owned and operated by senior level professionals who have worked for many years in the State of Arizona.

Our staff include Arizona- registered professional engineers, engineers-in-training, and ATTI, ACI, ICC, AWCI and NICET certified engineering technicians and inspectors. We have an in-house AASHTO-accredited and ADOT-approved soils, asphalt, concrete and masonry testing laboratory. Our laboratory participates in AMRL, CCRL and Arizona Department of Transportation proficiency sample and inspection programs.
